Vladimír Hlavinka is the founder of ORGREZ ECO, as well as the owner and Chairman of the Board of ORGREZ Group of technology companies. He founded ORGREZ ECO with a vision to help primarily industrial companies in a pragmatic transition to sustainable business in a way that is data-driven and still economically meaningful. Vladimír has business experience from many countries around the world, including Canada, Holland and Switzerland, and has also served as Director of the Production Division and member of the Board of Directors of ČEZ. He is also currently Vice-Chairman of the Modern Energy Association.
Jan Krišpín is CEO and member of the Board of Directors of ORGREZ, a.s. and has long specialized in business development and preparation of investment projects from the top management level. Thanks to his experience and know-how in process engineering, he is able to balance between the technological and economic feasibility of a project and its enforceability in permitting procedures. Today, the EU taxonomy is among them.
Hana Žůrková has extensive experience in all areas of financial management and governance, acquisition and post-acquisition process, financial risk assessment and crisis management. For many years, she worked in key management positions in the companies ORGREZ, a.s. and ORGREZ Group, a.s., operating in the energy market, and in the multinational concern SHERWIN WILLIAMS, with offices around the world. He is an expert in ESG from the perspective of enterprise risk management or ESG rating methodology. Currently, she is also the vice-president of the Czech-Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers, the owner of SEMPERA FRIGUSSI, s.r.o., a healthy lifestyle company, and the owner of OCTOPUS, an association supporting equal opportunities across society.
Jan Hanus is the Chief Energy and Environmental Manager at ORGREZ ECO. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology with a focus on energy and ecology. Honza has extensive experience in the Czech and foreign markets in the field of heating, energy solutions for municipalities and companies, especially in relation to the transition to low-emission and sustainable sources, energy saving solutions and reducing the carbon footprint. It also focuses on waste management and the link between waste management and energy.
Veronika Vavrčíková works at ORGREZ ECO as an environmental specialist. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at Brno University of Technology with a focus on chemistry and environmental technology. He uses knowledge from the MBA Executive Management programme to manage and lead projects. Veronika works on projects focused mainly on energy solutions, waste treatment and recovery and optimization of operational processes leading to sustainable business. He has experience in the design of technologies and the subsequent preparation of studies and documentation for individual permitting procedures. It also discusses the possibilities of subsidy programmes.
Michal Moroz is responsible for business development and customer relationship management at ORGREZ ECO. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Michal has extensive experience in senior management positions in the private and public sectors. In the past, for example, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Interior for Strategy and Program Management or at Securitas and Pinkerton. He is the founder of the Compliance Academy, an educational platform dealing with Governance, Risk & Compliance issues, including a number of ESG activities. He is also currently the Executive Director of the Association of Critical Infrastructure of the Czech Republic.
Jan Huml is the chief data expert at ORGREZ ECO and also a founding partner of the collaborating analytics company integritas.ai. Honza draws on extensive practical experience in the integration, processing and use of big data. He is a specialist not only in his own data architecture, but also in the demanding integration of operational and information systems and the use of artificial intelligence tools. In the past, he worked as a technical director at SECURITAS ČR and Česká pošta Security.
